About Windingbrook Townhouse Association, Inc.

The Windingbrook Townhouse Association, Inc. was formed in 1981 to manage, preserve, and maintain common property. The Association consists of 188 residential units. The Association was incorporated in the State of Connecticut as a non-profit condominium corporation that does not have or issue shares of stock or pay dividends. Control of the corporation was transferred to the Association, by the developer on January 1, 1989.
